Starting the Hike

4/26/2021: This is a pretty little hike that goes down a beautiful, narrow, high-walled orange-red canyon to begin (Go counterclockwise). Then you hike through a pine forest to the Queen’s Garden. Sweet hike! "I tell ya, it's just hard to beat Utah." Tons of picture ops along the route.

Marg’s Notes: Windy & Cold! Tried to hike Peek a boo loop but it was closed! ☹ Due to weather. So, went back to Sunset Point & hiked the Navajo loop & Queen’s Garden loop. ~3.5 miles. Very nice hike. Amazing rock formations! Then, we drove up the road to the top of Bryce Canyon. Took the Bristlecone Pine Loop. Very windy! ~1 miles. I think we were at the highest point in the park. Drove back down stopping at all the overlooks. Again, Amazing! Snow predicted.

After hike, drove to liquor store in Panguitch. Not much selection! Utah...

Creamy cheesy shell pasta, peas, herb bread. Ate inside! Too Cold.

Rod's Ramblings: After the Navajo Loop and Queen's Garden hike, we hiked the easy one mile Bristlecone Loop Trail. It was crazy windy and a fire had pretty much devestated the hike. Still, it was a nice hike with some beautiful scenery (beyond the fire scars).
